Ir. Burhanudin bin Abu Bakar was trained as a Chemical Engineer at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in 1996. Prior to establishing Perunding Najna Sdn Bhd, he began his career as a wastewater engineer with an established local firm, serving as a wastewater treatment plant designer and project manager for various projects in Sarawak and Sabah. With over 20 years of experience in designing and supervising the construction of industrial, livestock, and sewage treatment systems, Ir. Burhanudin has established himself as a competent and experienced environmental consultant, attaining his Professional Engineer status in 2007. In the field of environmental studies, he has successfully completed 18 Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) studies and four Environmental Monitoring Reports (EMR) under one-year contracts over the past three years of his full-time involvement in environmental consultancy.
